I know that yoga is said to make you “leaner,” but I was wondering, could it make your muscles bigger in size and make your legs or arms look bigger? Not sure if it’s just me, but it seems like my legs have gotten bigger looking since yoga.

LOL we started yoga in dance and I figured I might as well get good at it if Im going to be doing it! :D

Thanks a lot for your videos.
Could you please give us some clues and recommendations in order to improve legs flexibility. I mean, I have very strong Ischiotibial (from the hamstrings) retractions, and it is difficult for me more of the trikonasanas.
    Best Regards,
P.S.: Sorry for my English (it is not my first Language)

DANG Tara you are really experienced. The way you flow through the Asana is so inspiring! One day I will be as tuned into myself as you are… or more!

I like doing yoga and other workouts by the ocean. The waves churn up oxygen into the air. The same is true of waterfalls. Very cool.

Tara, I’ve been doing yoga to your videos every day for two months already. It has changed my life! My tummy is much flatter now, and all my back and shoulder pain are gone. Your routines really work, and I’m not doing any other exercise. Thank you!!

I loved it! This routine felt like a all-around goodness for my entire (tired) body! It felt like a complete cycle of just rejuvenation for my body and mind! I feel energized and ready to do some more yoga now! I really <3 your yoga, Tara, and you are a true inspiration for me!

when we do these routines should we do that at the same pace as you do in the video? or go more slowly?

  11. katiexbohxbatie says:

Probably a silly question, but is this supposed to be the pace of the actual routine, or do you speed it up for filming? I know we can choose to hold poses longer, but I think I’d like to do yoga at this pace, rather than the “holding a pose for five minutes” pace.
